Construction materials buy message builder
About this tool
Enter the building type, number of buildings, current level and levels to add. The tool calculates the construction materials needed (reinforced concrete, bricks, planks and construction units) and generates a buy message to paste into the in-game chat. Values you enter stay on this device and are not sent anywhere.
How the calculation works
- Material amounts
- For each construction cost unit of a building: 4 reinforced concrete, 55 bricks, 16 planks and 1 construction unit. Building from level 0 to 1 uses 1 times the cost unit, and upgrading from level n to n+1 uses n times. For example, raising a level 3 building by 2 levels takes 3 times plus 4 times, or 7 times in total.
- Building data
- Each building's cost unit comes from the game's constants and may change when the game is adjusted.
- Language
- The opening words and punctuation follow the language you choose. German uses a decimal comma (1,5M). Items turn into icons, so their names do not need translating.
- Quantity
- Quantities are shortened to "10k" or "1.5M". Numbers that would get a long decimal when shortened (such as 12,345) are written in full. Japanese messages write amounts under 1M in full, such as "1,000" and "500,000".
- Where to post
- "Go to the sales chat" opens the chat room for the chosen language in a new tab. On narrow screens, copy from the message bar at the bottom, and a button that opens the room appears in the same place. Japanese has no sales room, so it opens the game chat.
